Your right to withdraw

You may withdraw from a distance purchase within 14 days of receiving the goods, without giving a reason. The period ends 14 days after the day you, or someone you name, takes physical possession of the last item in the order.

How to withdraw

Tell us in a clear statement before the period ends — an email is enough. You may use the model form below, but you do not have to. Sending your decision before the deadline is what counts, not when it reaches us.

What happens next

We refund every payment received from you, including standard delivery, within 14 days of being told. We may wait until the goods are back with us, or until you show they have been sent. You bear the direct cost of returning them.

When the right does not apply

Sealed goods that are unsuitable for return for health or hygiene reasons cannot be returned once the seal is broken. That covers every product in this shop once it is opened.
