Shipping and delivery
Where we deliver, what it costs and how long it takes. Every order ships from Spain.
Dispatched from Spain with tracked delivery. You receive the courier name and tracking number by email as soon as the parcel leaves.
Where we deliver
Online orders are delivered to mainland Spain and the Balearic Islands. We do not deliver to the Canary Islands, Ceuta or Melilla.

Paying on delivery adds €2.95; the other payment methods add nothing.
How long it takes
Products in stock arrive in 1-2 working days. Products sold on order are ordered from our supplier after you buy and take longer; their delivery time is shown on the product and in the basket. A basket that mixes both arrives together, on the longer estimate.
Sold on order at the moment:
- OXBAR Mini: 2-4 working days
- SKE Crystal Bar: 2-4 working days
- Elf Bar 600: 2-4 working days
We dispatch on working days, except public holidays. Orders for products in stock placed before 13:00 on a working day normally leave the same day; later orders leave on the next working day.
Delivery times are estimates, not guaranteed dates. The checkout shows the expected delivery dates for your basket before you confirm.
Tracking
You receive the courier name and tracking number by email as soon as the parcel is dispatched. You can also look your order up on the order tracking page using your order number and email address.
