Frequently asked questions
Can I buy single units?
No. Every product is sold by the full box, and each product card shows how many units its box holds.
How do volume prices work?
The price per box falls as you add boxes of the same product, whatever the flavour. Each product has its own steps, shown in the price table on its page, and the basket applies them automatically. Boxes of different products are counted separately.
How can I pay?
- Bank transfer. We email you the payment instructions and dispatch once the payment has arrived.
- Cash on delivery. For orders up to €200. You pay the courier when the parcel arrives. Paying this way adds €2.95.
- Cryptocurrency. Paid at checkout. Your order is processed once the payment has been confirmed.
- Pay by WhatsApp (HipHop). Place your order and write to us on WhatsApp: we explain how to pay by Bizum, bank transfer or cash.
Where do parcels ship from, and how long do they take?
Dispatched from Spain with tracked delivery. Products in stock arrive in 1-2 working days. Products sold on order take longer; their estimate is on the product and in the basket.
How do I track my order?
You receive a tracking number by email when the parcel is dispatched, and you can also look the order up at any time on our order tracking page.
