Wholesale and business terms
Buying for a shop rather than for yourself? These terms cover business purchases. Consumer return rights are on the returns and claims page and are not affected by anything here.
Who these terms are for
They apply where you buy in the course of a trade or business — a shop, a wholesaler or a distributor — rather than as a consumer. Consumer law protections, including the right of withdrawal, exist to protect consumers and do not apply to a business purchase.
Opening an account
Write to us through the contact page with your company name, registration and VAT numbers, the country you sell in and roughly what volumes you expect. For quantities beyond the largest step shown on a product, or a regular supply, we confirm pricing in writing before your first order.
Pricing and minimum order
The volume prices on each product page apply to every customer, business or not, and the basket applies them automatically. Anything beyond them — larger quantities, a regular supply or a minimum order — is agreed in writing with your account before your first order.
Payment
Business orders use the same payment options as any order on this website, including the limit on cash on delivery, unless a separate account agreement with payment terms is in place. Where credit terms are agreed, they are in that agreement and not on this page.
Delivery and inspection
Trade orders ship on the same carrier services as retail orders unless we agree otherwise. Check the goods on arrival and tell us about shortages or transit damage within three working days, with photographs — a pallet that has been signed for and stored for a month cannot be assessed.
Faulty stock
Manufacturing faults are handled as a claim against us, and we replace or credit them. We do not accept returns of correctly supplied stock that simply has not sold.
Reselling
You are responsible for complying with the rules that apply where you sell: product notification and registration, labelling and language requirements, tax and duty, age-restriction law, and any local restriction on flavours or device types. We supply the goods; we cannot warrant that a given product may lawfully be sold in your market.
Do not resell to anyone under 18, and do not present yourself as an authorised distributor or as a branch of this business unless we have agreed that in writing.
Law and disputes
The consumer protections described elsewhere on this site exist to protect consumers and do not apply to a business purchase. Whatever is agreed in writing with your account takes precedence over this page; where that agreement is silent, this page applies.
