Age policy

Who we sell to

This shop sells nicotine products to adults only. A visitor must confirm their age before browsing, and the courier may ask for identification on delivery.

Nicotine is addictive. These products are not for non-smokers, not for anyone under 18, and not for anyone who is pregnant or breastfeeding.

What we check

The age confirmation on this site is a self-declaration. It is not identity verification, and we say so rather than implying a check we do not perform.

Refused deliveries

A courier who is not satisfied that the recipient is an adult may refuse to hand over the parcel. The parcel returns to us, nothing is collected, and the order is cancelled.

Buying for someone else

Do not buy from this shop for anyone under 18. An order placed on behalf of a minor is a breach of these terms and we will cancel it.
