How to buy
Full boxes, volume prices, payment options and delivery, in four steps.
Everything in this shop is sold by the full box. Choose a product, choose how many boxes you want, and the price per box falls as you add more boxes of the same product.
Step by step
- Choose a product and a flavour. Each product page shows the box size, what is in the box and whether it is in stock or sold on order.
- Choose how many boxes. The price per box for each quantity is listed on the product page and applied automatically in the basket. No code needed.
- Enter your delivery details. Name, address, phone and email. We check that the address can be delivered to before you choose how to pay.
- Choose how to pay and confirm. You see the full total, delivery included, before you confirm. We email your confirmation and, once the parcel leaves, the tracking number.
Boxes and volume prices
Each product has its own box size, shown on its card and its page. Some products also come as a mixed box with different flavours inside.
Volume prices are worked out per product: boxes of the same product count together, whatever the flavour, while boxes of different products are counted separately. The exact steps for each product are in the price table on its page.

Paying
- Bank transfer. We email you the payment instructions and dispatch once the payment has arrived.
- Cash on delivery. For orders up to €200. You pay the courier when the parcel arrives. Paying this way adds €2.95.
- Cryptocurrency. Paid at checkout. Your order is processed once the payment has been confirmed.
- Pay by WhatsApp (HipHop). Place your order and write to us on WhatsApp: we explain how to pay by Bizum, bank transfer or cash.
Cash on delivery on orders of up to €200. Above that, payment in advance: we send you the payment instructions by email.
Delivery
Dispatched from Spain with tracked delivery. Delivery costs €6.95 to mainland Spain and €8.95 to the Balearic Islands, whatever the number of boxes.
Products in stock arrive in 1-2 working days. Products sold on order are ordered from our supplier after you buy and take longer; their delivery time is shown on the product and in the basket. A basket that mixes both arrives together, on the longer estimate.

Paying on delivery
What the courier collects
The courier collects the order total shown on your order confirmation: the boxes, delivery and the charge for paying on delivery. Nothing is taken when you order.
If you are not at home
Couriers normally attempt delivery more than once, or leave the parcel at a nearby pickup point. Use the tracking number to arrange a new delivery time directly with the courier.
If you refuse the parcel
You pay nothing. The courier takes the parcel back to us and the order is closed — there is no invoice to settle afterwards and nothing is charged to you, because nothing was charged in the first place.
Refusing repeatedly does cost us the delivery both ways, so we may ask for payment in advance on a later order. That is the only consequence.
