Buying by the box<\/h2>
Can I buy single units?<\/summary>

No. Every product is sold by the full box, and the number of units in a box is shown on each product card and page.<\/p><\/div><\/details>

Can I mix flavours?<\/summary>

Yes. You can add boxes of different flavours of the same product, and they count together for the volume price. Some products also come as a mixed box with different flavours inside one box; the product page shows what each mixed box holds.<\/p><\/div><\/details>

How do volume prices work?<\/summary>

The price per box falls as you add boxes of the same product, whatever the flavour. Each product has its own steps, listed in the price table on its page, and the basket applies them automatically. Boxes of different products are counted separately.<\/p>

What does \u201con order\u201d mean?<\/summary>

The product is not on our shelf: we order it from our supplier after you buy, so it takes longer to arrive. The product page and the basket show the delivery estimate. If the supplier cannot supply something, we tell you before dispatch and you can cancel it at no cost.<\/p><\/div><\/details>

Can I change or cancel an order?<\/summary>

Before it ships, message us and we will change or cancel it. After it ships, your right of withdrawal applies, and if you chose to pay on delivery you can also refuse the parcel.<\/p><\/div><\/details><\/div>
